I am going to have a major problem on the weekend gym session. I have not been able to go do any aerobic activities for 5 days! That is going to be a major problem. I only have the regular morning exercise to carry the routine over.
Making a point to do ONE run a week during the weekdays and try to hit the gym on both Saturday AND Sunday. That should be dredging the bottom of the exercise barrel, but guess no choice. AND I know it is definitely going to get worse.
Gotta try... just gotta try.
