Hmm...
Felt good yesterday doing 6km in 30mins... to good till I gave myself a (undeserved?) treat by going for lunch instead of going back to the gym. Nevertheless, had a good time with friends... I always maintain its not the meal but the company during meals that is more crucial.
Anyway, I am going to skip dinner today. Still feeling too much from lunch. So hopefully balances up the caloric intake and give the tummy a rest.
Too much meetings at work today, but much has been done- I am feeling good. Consequently, I will have to work tonight after the family goes to bed... sigh... that's life in Singapore anyway, work work work work...
